Are anchors and floor bolts included?
No, but we recommend M12 x 100 mm sleeve anchors (4 per upright). Grab them at any hardware store. All our racking meets AS 4084:2023 Pallet Racking Standards — bolt it down and you’re fully compliant.
How long does assembly take?
The uprights come pre-assembled so only need to erect them and lock the beams in place. One bay = 15–20 minutes with two people and a rubber mallet. Beams click in with safety pins — easy-peasy.
Can I mix heights or add levels later?
Absolutely. Every upright is pre-punched every 75 mm, so you can add beams anywhere. Start with 2 or 3 levels at 3675 mm, scale to 5+ later. Mix and match across all future sizes.
Is this racking safe for forklifts and heavy pallets?
Yes — rated 1500 kg UDL per level with 1.8 mm columns (50 % stronger than most). Fully compliant with AS 4084:2023 Pallet Racking Standards. Use standard 1165×1165 mm Australian pallets and any forklift with safe clearance.
